This is a tricky one - we won't lie to you. How do you determine what is and what isn't sustainable in todays carbon reliant society?
We determine a company to be sustainable on a case by case basis. Some examples of iniatives that we consider sustainable are recyclable packaging, sustainable manufacturing practices, sustainable ingredient sourcing or carbon offset initiatives.
For a product to be cruelty-free no animals will have been harmed throughout the entire products creation process.
Organic products are made without the use of pesticides, antibiotics, growth hormones, irradation and genetically modified organisms (GMO's). For a product to be organic it must have been made with certified organic ingredients except for ingredients such as clay, and other natural ingredients, that don't exist as organic versions.
