We ship to Canada, the United States & Australia.

Shipping is free on all orders over $100 to Canada and the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii).

For all other orders shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier and can be found at check out.

U.S. orders under $800 are not subject to duties.

Australian orders may be subject to duties upon arrival.

Canadian orders of any value and U.S. orders under $800 will not be subject to duties.

Australian orders and U.S orders over $800 may be subject to duties.

This will be sent once the carrier has scanned the package which could take up to 5 days from the order placement. We try to fulfill all orders within 2 - 3 days but due to volume or holidays (where the shipping carrier is closed) this may not always be the case.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/stickers if applicable, and in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with the item and it has been lightly used we will ask for your feedback on the product and issue store credit. If the item is substantially used a return will be denied. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to Vancouver, BC, Canada and proof of purchase via receipt is required. The return shipping fee is at the expense of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

No, we donate on your behalf. There is absolutely no cost to you.

We take 1% of our profit from your sale and donate it to a charity of your choice. Choose which charity you would like us to donate to in the drop down menu at the bottom of your shopping cart.
