RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products and want you to love them as much as we do!

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/stickers if applicable, and in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with the item and it has been lightly used we will ask for your feedback on the product and issue store credit. If the item is substantially used a return will be denied. 

Please note that all returns will need to be sent to Vancouver, BC, Canada and proof of purchase via receipt is required. The return shipping fee is at the expense of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we feel the return policy is being abused.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

If a product arrives damaged we do not expect you to pay for the shipping costs to return it to us. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and teas), scents, supplements, face and body tools and personal care goods (such as period products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items discounted more than 30% and on gift cards. We also do not accept returns on an item that is substantially used. 

We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund is applicable. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not refund shipping costs.
